INSTRUCTION FOR MEN’S SKINCARE

Nowadays, it is no wonder that men are interested in skincare. In fact, more and more boys are really serious about caring for their skin. Here are some guidelines on how to care for men’s skin so you can start your skincare quickly and gently.
Skincare is not just for women
For many men, skincare is something their wives or girlfriends do. Many people type in cosmetic jars and wonder if all of their expensive vials and exotic ingredients even deserve the plastic they come packaged.
However, you need to know that not only women need beauty, but men also need to take care of their skin to have a confident, brighter appearance, to succeed more.
The skincare for men is sometimes just a few simple steps, not as fussy as women but will help your skin become healthier and ensure the smooth tension lasts.
Besides, the right skincare for men not only helps you look younger but it can also prevent skin diseases, even skin cancer. According to the American Academy of Dermatology, more than 1 million new skin cancer cases are reported each year, of which nearly 8,000 are fatal.
So, protect your skin health from the simplest thing that is skincare.
Here is a quick guide to the first step of skincare for men that you can refer to:
Choose skincare products:
  • Buy moisturizers or lotions;
  • Buy a facial moisturizer that comes with sun protection;
  • Always use good sunscreen outdoors (SPF 15 or higher);
  • If you have dry skin, buy a moisturizer for the whole body in the summer;
  • If your skin is very dry, apply a thicker moisturizer or use a more oily type;
  • During the winter months, you can buy strong active moisturizers or ointments.
Prevent dry skin
  • Apply shaving cream and gently massage to the skin before shaving;
  • Do not shave too close. Use a single-edged razor to protect skin from irritation;
  • Rinse plenty of water then pat dry gently with a towel, do not rub;
  • Shave under warm running water or you can place a warm, wet washcloth on your face for a few minutes before shaving;
  • Apply moisturizer (containing sunscreen) to soothe and protect the skin;
  • You should only shave in a single line if your beard or hair grows back. You also need to remember to shave in the direction of hair growth;
Control acne
  • Using prescription medications containing retinol active ingredients such as Renova, Retin-A, Tazorac, Avita or Differin at night can reduce acne on the skin;
  • Using a cream containing antibiotics or benzoyl peroxide daily can also reduce acne;
